1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by ALATI LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”). By subscribing to or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.


2. Services

ALATI LTD provides a review management and customer engagement platform, including review requests, automated communications, integrations, and related tools (“Services”).


3. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans:

Starter – £99/month, includes 50 review request credits.

Growth – £199/month, includes 100 review request credits.

Pro – £299/month, includes 300 review request credits.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled.


4. Billing & Usage

The subscription fee covers access to the platform and the number of review request credits per plan.

In addition, you are responsible for all SMS, email, and other third-party carrier charges incurred in the course of using the Services. These usage costs are rebilled at cost and applied from the first message sent.

ALATI LTD does not add margin to these usage costs. They are passed through transparently.

If your monthly allowance of review requests is exceeded, you may:

Upgrade to a higher plan; or

Continue on a pay-as-you-go basis where applicable.

An itemised breakdown of usage charges will be provided on request.


5. Permission to Contact

By using the Services, you grant ALATI LTD permission to send you communications (including emails, SMS, and phone calls) regarding your account, billing, support, and product updates. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing, though doing so may limit our ability to provide Services.


6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Services in compliance with all applicable UK and EU laws (including GDPR).

Obtain any necessary consents from your own customers before sending communications via the platform.

Provide accurate and up-to-date payment details for billing.


7. Cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by providing 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, access to the Services will end at the close of your billing cycle.


8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy (available separately) explains how client and end-customer data is collected, stored, and used.


9. Liability

We provide the Services on an “as is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALATI LTD excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability for direct losses shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.


10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.


11. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
